Product Specialist, Contracting Solutions

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)The Product Specialist – Selling Solutions will support the development, coordination and implementation of solutions that elevate B2B partnerships and drive the transformation of our contracting processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners (POs) to support the evolution of our corporate and agency contracting solutions. This role is crucial for translating product strategy into executable squad backlog and ensuring that our development efforts align closely with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadand partner with the business stakeholders, cross-commercial teams and IT toexecute a customer-centric product vision, ensuring alignment with customerneeds, business goals, and technical feasibility.Drivecollaboration to deliver meaningful value through effective execution andalignment with strategic objectives.SupportProduct Owners with the development of corporate and agency contractingsolutions.Workwith product squad to write user stories with clear and concise acceptancecriteria.Coordinatelaunch readiness tasks and manage testing phases to ensure successful product implementation.What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)1-3years of professional experience.Familiaritywith project coordination and experience working on cross-functional teams.Abilityto support large-scale projects with guidance, following Agile developmentprinciples.Collaboration,self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams andstakeholder groups.Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to create clear andeffective reports.Abilityto prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)Bachelor’sdegree preferred.Knowledgeof the travel-related industry (airlines, hotels, travel agencies).Proficiencywith Agility and Aha! for effective product management and data hygiene for progresstrackingExperiencecoordinating launch tasks and testing in a technical environment.Provenability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.Strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streamseffectively.Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep ClimbingOur culture is rooted in a shared dedication to living our values – Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork – every day, in everything we do.
