- Support Development of Business Processes and Technical Architecture: Ensuring products /solutions satisfying business requirements
- Conduct Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Contribute to Solution Design: Create detailed architectural diagrams and technical documentation to guide development.
- Resolving Technical Impediments: Engages in technical problem-solving to help product teams develop solutions; identifies and prevents unwanted technical debt and dependencies.
- Drive project progress: Support overall team success in achieving goals by developing and maintaining project plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage closely with Crew Resources planning, operational, and IT teams to ensure roadmap delivery and future state achievement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the AI/ML Product Strategy team, Manager of Business Transformation and UX, and other relevant teams.
- Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with Flight Operations, Crew Resources, ODS, IT, and AI/ML workstreams across the organization.
- Create and Deliver Presentations: For all ranges of departmental and corporate leadership, including Executive level presentations.
