The Latin Pricing Team is seeking a team member with a passion for airline pricing, creating reporting tools, and improving automation processes. You will be responsible for performing analyses to determine Delta’s connect market pricing strategies in Latin America, the development and continuous improvement of Latin reporting tools that deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization and working with the International Solutions and Latin market teams to optimize the execution of the entity’s pricing processes.
You will do this through mastery of airline pricing & network planning concepts, a thorough understanding of our competitors, using data and storytelling to clearly convey results of an analysis, strong collaboration/persuasion skills to ensure alignment on actions plans and reporting with the regional pricing teams and other internal partners, as well as advanced data manipulation skills.

- 2-3 years of experience in airline pricing, inventory, and/or network planning
- Ability to manipulate large data sets with Microsoft Excel and SQL/SAS
- Experience with Tableau or Tableau-equivalent tool
- A strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excited by opportunity to solve ambiguous technical problems in existing code
- Self-motivated and takes initiative in learning new concepts, tools, and projects
- Able to cater all types of communications based on the audience, favors proactive and consistent communication
- Proactive in leading project scope, balancing multiple priorities at one time
