Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. is a professional services firm focused on providing civil engineering and facility / environmental planning to airport clients. This is an in-office position in the firm’s Midlothian, Virginia office (Richmond region). The office setting is fast-paced and professional. We prepare high quality proposals in a collaborative manner and use Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products as well as Microsoft Office.

Job Description (The awesome work you’ll get to do) :
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to solicitations (RFQs, RFPs, etc.)
- Collaborate with leaders and technical professionals to develop strategies for each proposal, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements
- Develop proposal response plan and coordinate resources, including internal and external stakeholders
- Write and edit proposal copy, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasive messaging
- Develop supplemental proposal content, including tables, infographics, exhibits and infographics
- Organize and maintain employee resumes, project profiles, and photos
