Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for patients to and from non-emergency medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities. As a driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients to and from non-emergency medical facilities in a professional manner.
- Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle and to their appointments as needed.
- Ensure that all trips are completed as scheduled and maintain accurate records of trips.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle.
- Provide courteous and respectful service to all clients.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedules and any issues.
Requirements:
- Valid [State] driver’s license with a clean driving record and Chauffeurs License or ability to obtain one.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening to include Marijuana.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
