You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus while ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing your knowledge of the menu to assist guests in their choices.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are presented well and meet food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices within the kitchen and dining areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures is advantageous.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for patrons.
- Experience working in a nightclub or high-energy environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within a busy setting.
