Banquet captain duties : Assists with scheduling and training of banquet servers. Works alongside the banquet staff to ensure the banquets are to specifications. Meets with the catering managers to detail the banquet orders for the week. Assists banquet servers with setting up and breaking down the rooms with linen, etc. Greets guests and responds to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
