Job Duties :
- Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Communicates Delta Hotel offerings and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner
- Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Connects with guests and anticipates their needs
- Effectively handles each transaction responsibly
- Maintains bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
- Performs clean-up duties in the workspace to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers
- Performs other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage management.
