Position Summary
Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Advances Delta’s mission and values. Reports to: Regional Director of Community Living
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Support company day-to-day operations and processes.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of office data.
Manage office staff, selecting, assigning, supporting, motivating and evaluating employee(s) with ongoing positive supervision.
Maintain office services by determining supply needs and proactively placing orders.
Complete and submit purchase requisitions as needed and in a timely manner.
Distribute payroll, petty cash, employee expense checks and other payments as needed.
Maintain various calendars, logs and records of various administrative activities and processes.
Serve as point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment and errands.
Plan in-house or off-site activities such as conferences and celebrations.
Answer telephone, refer callers to appropriate company personnel, take messages as needed, and provide preliminary answers to telephone inquiries.
Greet and assist visiting staff and guests; provide general support as needed.
Prepare and distribute monthly company newsletter and other communications as requested.
Coordinate the maintenance and monitoring of usage of company office equipment and property.
Ensure the maintenance of order and overall appearance of common areas.
Prepare reports and transcribe documents as needed.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
Promote and demonstrate ethical and professional conduct at all times
Participate in and promote continuous quality improvement projects and ongoing performance measures.
Promote and follow Delta’s Risk Management Program for the health and safety of individuals and employees.
Cooperate with company and regulatory agency personnel during any inspection or investigation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements

Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, software used in social services applications and the ability to learn new and emerging technologies.
Ability to operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license in accordance with applicable state laws, insurance provider requirements and company policies and procedures.
The ability to frequently exert up to fifty (50) pounds of force (lifting).
Position Qualifications
An associate’s degree or sixty (60) credit hours from an accredited university or college.
Two (2) years’ administrative experience.
One (1) year of management and supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
Must be an approved driver and must maintain that status to drive the company vehicle as needed.
