• Description:

The Medical Director (CMO) will lead and oversee the clinic's medical operations, ensuring the development and implementation of effective medical policies and programs. They will collaborate with the Executive Director to keep clinical providers informed of key updates and align on organizational goals.

• Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all patients in accordance with medical standards.
• Create a schedule for direct patient care based on individual preference and needs.
• Serve as a key leader in maintaining and promoting a culture of healthcare excellence within the clinic.

• Requirements:

• A MD or DO degree is required.
• Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in a relevant specialty.
• No state license restrictions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in clinical management.
