We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Therapist to join our team at one of our partner healthcare facilities nationwide.
About the Position:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational or Physical Therapist in the state where you will be working
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Outpatient Orthopedics
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
