Compensation and Benefits
Our comprehensive compensation package includes a guaranteed salary of $195,000 (DOE), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, health benefits with 7% retirement match, and 9 weeks paid time off.
Responsibilities and Facility Details
As an Optometrist, your responsibilities will include providing primary eye care services, conducting patient exams, and prescribing medications as needed. You will work a standard 4-day week with 10-hour days and see approximately 12 patients per day. No weekend or call responsibilities are required.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

The location offers majestic views of the Alaska Range and three active volcanoes. Enjoy hiking, biking, boating, golfing, and wildlife viewing opportunities. The area is accessible by both airplane and highway, and world-class salmon fishing is available. Additionally, there is no state income tax.
