Annual salary for the Real Estate Development Project Manager is $200,000.00 per year and total compensation including benefits, retirement, allowances and bonus' far exceed the stated salary.

Real Estate Development Project Manager Duties and Responsibilitis
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of mixed-use real estate development projects.
- Role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
- Responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as managing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in each project.
- Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and securing necessary permits and approvals.
- Plan, execute, and oversee real estate development projects.
