Mechanical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Project Manager in Hollywood, FL is between $90,000 and $130,000 depending on experience and presentation in interviews, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Mechanical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with customers on jobsites to identify immediate and long-term needs and development of scope of work
- Responsible for managing and reviewing project budgets and material requirements
- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, pay applications, closeout documents, punch lists.
- Manage multiple projects at once valued in the multi-millions for value
- Communicate with clients and General Contractors
Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience with Commercial Project Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Commercial HVAC
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, vendors and other contractors
- Proficient with (Microsoft Office programs, Bluebeam)
