Delta Dallas is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to identify an e-commerce specialist for their growing U.S. operations. This company is a leading global manufacturer with a strong presence in the e-commerce space, distributing products to over 100 countries.
Process and prepare e-commerce sales orders, primarily Amazon FBA shipments.
Generate commercial invoices and shipping documentation.
Monitor stock levels and sales performance on e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Identify and resolve issues related to shipments and inventory.
Enter orders into the internal system, process deliveries, and create invoices.
Obtain shipping quotes and coordinate product dispatch.
Communicate with trade customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
