This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized company as a Retention Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our USCCA members to address their concerns, demonstrate the value and benefits of our membership, and foster long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and revenue.
- Foster strong working relationships with external partners to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of retention-specific sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC.
