As a dedicated Advocate for Customer Voices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience at Delta Defense, LLC. Our mission is to safeguard life, freedom, and finances for responsible American gun owners through our marketing, operations, and customer service efforts for the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA).
In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Voice of Customer (VoC) program tailored for a business-to-consumer environment. You will analyze customer feedback and use it to drive strategic initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, boost engagement, and enhance member retention.

To excel in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in customer experience (B2C), program management, or similar roles focused on driving strategic initiatives is also necessary. Additionally, you will have proven success in managing and executing VoC programs or initiatives, designing and deploying customer surveys, and analyzing qualitative customer feedback to inform strategic business decisions.
