Position Summary :
The Program Manager, Partner Events excels in utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance the promotion and attendance of in-person training classes and educational events across our national business partner network.
This pivotal role collaborates with Sales, Training, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to ensure marketing campaigns successfully achieve lead and sales targets while supporting field team requirements.
Responsibilities include overseeing new curriculum integrations, executing event marketing strategies across multiple channels including PPC, web, email, and social media, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
This role requires a collaborative and open mindset to manage and grow programs effectively, ensuring that internal stakeholders, external industry partners, and consumers all derive value from the course materials provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure all sales and marketing initiatives exceed targets. Adjust the product and marketing strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
Develop strong partnerships with the Outside Sales team and the Official Partner network to enhance business outcomes.
Work closely with the Education & Training Group and Sales team to continuously improve and support the event curriculum.
Oversee the management of standing meetings, conduct after-action reviews, and lead product marketing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of training product sales through event marketing.
Manage program budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure activities remain within financial scope.
Stay updated on event marketing trends and best practices within the B2B and B2C sectors, particularly related to outdoor / sporting goods retailers, shooting ranges, and other relevant channels.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overarching goals of the marketing department.
Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing is required.
Must have proficiency in Google Suite, project management software, and Email / SMS delivery platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of making data-driven recommendations.
Self-motivated with high standards and the ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferential treatment will be given to candidates who live within a commutable distance to our headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin with a hybrid approach to both remote work and in-office work 2-3 days per week.
