Position Description
Serves as a leadership point of contact to Partner Plans and Affiliates senior leadership in order to meet client expectations and requirements. Leads product and strategies, business development, and service delivery for all clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Manages senior relationships and serves as the point of contact for DDMI and client senior leadership, ensuring that all clients receive the highest quality service.
- Participates in developing and monitoring the department budget.
- Interviews, hires, evaluates and develops staff to ensure accountability for achievement of department goals and objectives.
- Oversees all customer contracts and participates in the modification of existing contracts, as well as the creation of new client contracts.
- Reviews and approves all the department’s client invoices.
- Serves as a mentor and trainer for the Account Relationship Managers and Senior Account Relationship Managers.
- Develops, recommends and enforces policies, procedures, guidelines and standards of operation.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.

Minimum Requirements:
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, data processing or a related field, ten years of experience involving group insurance products, marketing or business application systems design, with experience supporting multiple accounts, and three years of management experience. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires full understanding of the group and individual insurance industry, strong verbal and written communication skills; solid leadership and mentoring skills, strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent and present on behalf of the organization internally and externally; the ability to identify, partner with and build relationships with senior level management; proven ability to achieve goals and maintaining a great customer experience; and the ability to manage multiple complex assignments and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Position requires travel for extended periods of time and working outside of regular business hours in order to support client needs.
