Must be actively pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- Works with the Technical Writer to create, edit, and release content for department and company initiatives.
- Leads specific projects, with guidance from the Technical Writer, to create content for the Roosevelt Knowledge Base.
- Collects feedback on areas of system improvements and implements feedback into tangible results.
- Attends and is an active participant in content strategy meetings.
