Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new groups.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and group clients, fostering open communication and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a service-related position, preferably in the insurance industry.
