Delta Dental of NJ, located in Parsippany, NJ, is currently seeking highly motivated Call Center Agents to join our team in the dental Insurance industry. This full time position will be starting on Tuesday, February 18th, and is a hybrid position - in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and remote Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Hours are 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9 to 5 on Friday. During the first 6 weeks, you'll enjoy paid training, where we'll teach to our systems and share information you'll need related to dental codes and procedures. Training is also hybrid. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental Rx and vision, 401 , tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. The starting hourly rate for this position is $24.29, and is not negotiable.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients while efficiently resolving their inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for general clerical duties and utilizing phone systems to accurately document and track customer interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a high volume call center environment
- Experience with inbound calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry
- Ability and desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry
