The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $52,140.00 – $72,930.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $49,686.00 – $69,497.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington, Arcora Foundation, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Capture business requirements to support system design, testing, and deployment.

Perform data validation and analysis to support decision-making, ensuring accuracy and integrity through cleansing processes.

Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets to proactively identify inconsistencies, eliminate duplicates, resolve missing values, and detect systemic data errors that impact business operations.

Support the management of the provider data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, traceability, and the resolution of inconsistencies.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and recommending improvements.

Develop system specifications, flow diagrams, and documentation for business and technical teams.

Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), audits, and corrective actions to maintain data quality and functionality.

Continuously enhance understanding of key applications and collaborate to ensure seamless system implementation and performance.

Maintain detailed records of data sources, transformations, and access points to ensure traceability and clarity.

Analyze data to determine modifications needed to procedures, processes, and practices.

Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, train staff on data standard processes and system use.

Serve as a National Provider File (NPF) backup coordinator to ensure our provider data is accurate and compliant with all DDPA standards.
Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

At least 2 years of experience working with provider, member, or clinical information, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.

Experience in documenting user stories and capturing business requirements, collaborating with teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements.

Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues and system inefficiencies to enhance accuracy and reliability.

Experience with or a strong desire to learn data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

Solid project management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities and drive efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and emerging technologies.

Experience with documentation and process mapping tools.

Familiarity with Dental on Demand (DoD) is preferred.
