The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $71,100.00- $99,450.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $60,435.00 - $84,533.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

• Conduct competitive analysis and product performance reviews to help refine products and positioning. This includes analyzing policy sales, claims, customer demographics, and demand patterns. Present findings to support decision-making.
• Act as the liaison between sales teams, product development, marketing, and finance, ensuring alignment across functions and translating business needs into actionable insights for each department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new processes or systems.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, discuss findings, and communicate updates.
