The pay range for this position for Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 - $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $76,830.00 - $109,335.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza, intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Leadership and Collaboration : Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including workforce planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building
- Dynamic Partnership : Partner with Senior Manager, Talent and the Senior Employee Relations Partner to ensure solutions align with the partner strategy and larger organizational objectives.
- Strategic Business Partnerships : Build relationships with executive and director level business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Data-Driven Insights : Lead data driven initiatives identifying the current health of organizations by looking at trends in performance, employee engagement, attrition, diversity, etc.
- Project Leadership : Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and best practices across the programs and initiatives you're leading to support your organizations.
- Flexibility and Openness : Demonstrate flexibility in roles and duties, align with dynamic business needs while remaining open to hearing diverse voices and seeking to understand others .
