This leader will work and travel primarily within the Mid-Atlantic states and must live in or near PA, MD, DE, WV and DC.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth & Client Retention : Lead and execute a forward-thinking service plan in partnership with sales management to maximize revenue and protect your client base.
- Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team : Coach, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, driving them to achieve ambitious sales targets and exceed performance goals.
- Foster Strong Relationships : Build and maintain high-value relationships with key brokers and client groups, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Identify & Implement Best Practices : Continuously seek out ways to remove obstacles, enhance performance, and help your team hit their targets by sharing proven strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate & Acquire New Business : Work closely with Sales Directors to support the acquisition and smooth integration of new business opportunities into your portfolio.
- Take Control of Budget & Reporting : Own the annual department budget, monitor results, and take swift action to ensure targets are hit. Use Salesforce to ensure accurate, up-to-date data for smarter decision-making.
Qualifications
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 24. $122,400 - $265,100
