The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term revenue growth by effectively managing relationships, facilitating onboarding, and providing ongoing support. This position is essential for boosting company revenue by maximizing customer lifetime value, promoting upsells, and encouraging broader product adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Revenue Growth

  • Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing their needs.
  • Lead customer onboarding, guiding them through setup, training, and best practices to maximize product utilization.
  • Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, and communicate updates on new product features.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, identify churn risks, and implement retention strategies.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand customer usage of DDT solutions.
  • Advocate for customers, gathering feedback and sharing insights with product and development teams.

Communication & Reporting

  • Own customer communications, prioritize emails and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Generate customer success reports, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve retention.
  • Track renewal timelines, key check-ins, and follow-up dates to maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring thorough tracking of interactions and engagement.
  • Work with the sales team to organize leads, track sales progress, and ensure timely responses.
  • Support contract renewals and customer retention strategies, collaborating closely with sales leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic account management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is required.


Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
