Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Revenue Growth
- Serve as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing their needs.
- Lead customer onboarding, guiding them through setup, training, and best practices to maximize product utilization.
- Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, and communicate updates on new product features.
- Monitor customer health metrics, identify churn risks, and implement retention strategies.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand customer usage of DDT solutions.
- Advocate for customers, gathering feedback and sharing insights with product and development teams.
Communication & Reporting
- Own customer communications, prioritize emails and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Generate customer success reports, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve retention.
- Track renewal timelines, key check-ins, and follow-up dates to maintain strong customer relationships.
Sales & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring thorough tracking of interactions and engagement.
- Work with the sales team to organize leads, track sales progress, and ensure timely responses.
- Support contract renewals and customer retention strategies, collaborating closely with sales leadership.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong relationship-building and strategic account management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is required.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
