Job Summary: Beverage Server
Seeking a friendly and attentive Beverage Server to provide exceptional service to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas.
Job Description
As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for greeting and serving beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. You will be the face of our company, providing a positive experience for our guests.
- Circulate throughout assigned work station, greeting guests and taking beverage orders.
- Carry and balance full trays of beverages.
- Receive and understand beverage orders, relaying them to bartenders.
- Compute charges for orders and accept payment, maintaining an accurate bank at all times.
- Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Six (6) months of related experience preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
