As a UPS Field Service Engineer, you will work at the forefront of power technology, utilizing your skills and experience in UPS, power distribution units, and power systems maintenance. You will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on UPS systems and power distribution units to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on potential product improvements or new product opportunities based on customer feedback or market trends.
- Train customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
