MAIN RESPONSIBILITES & TASK :
Recruitment, Program Management & Analysis :
- Coordinate, track and manage campus recruitment activities.
- Oversee the intern program, including recruitment, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Act as an internal advocate to drive impactful campus employer branding initiatives and maximize investment outcomes.
- Conduct HR analysis and prepare comprehensive HR reports to support decision-making, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide support for college hiring strategies & initiatives by creating marketing content, raising RFQs, Purchase Order (PO) requests.
- Assist with Plano HR New Launch Program Initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders & cross-functional teams to analyze bottlenecks and support on improving internal processes and systems automations utilizing market research & surveys.
- Support the creation and consolidation of HR SOPs, Presentations, Business proposals, System requirement documentation, Use cases, case studies, etc.
