Duties/Responsibilities
Support account managers/sales teams to achieve performance targets by providing efficient and comprehensive services.
Assist account managers/sales teams in handling inquiries, orders, issues, shipments, tracking, and general follow-ups.
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and management teams to resolve issues promptly as needed.
Proactively interface with customers and serve as the primary point of contact as required.
Coordinate sales-related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with efficiency.
Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as requested.
Support sales administrative functions.
Exercise creative thinking and apply experiences to improve processes as needed.
Requirements
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and/or other CRM software.
- Experience in B2B, tech industries preferred.
- Previous 2 years of experience supporting sales management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
