Market Communications Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, including social media posts, email marketing, and digital assets that align with business goals
- Support the creation and management of sales toolkits and materials to aid the sales team and boost engagement
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Contribute to social media, SEO, and CRM strategies to enhance Delta's online presence, leveraging insights to drive traffic and engagement
- Assist in organizing trade shows, showroom tours, and internal communications to showcase Delta's products and ensure consistent messaging
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, project coordination, or a related role, with a focus on supporting marketing and business goals.
- Knowledge of content strategy, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM), and cross-channel campaigns
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with trade shows and showroom tours is a plus.
- Good communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, sales enablement platforms, and analytics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or strategic communications.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software is an advantage.
