Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC (Delta) is a growing, multidisciplinary AEC firm founded in 1976 and based in the Southern Tier of New York State with additional offices in Central New York and Chevy Chase, MD. WHO WE NEED
Come join our Transportation Team as we continue to improve the communities where we live, work, grow, and play in! Delta is looking to hire a Professional Land Surveyor, as the primary surveyor you will have the opportunity to take responsibility of projects with many of our long-term clients at the county and municipal levels, while also establishing additional clientele.
The ideal candidates' responsibilities will include overall project management, with primary focus points being:
Ability to interact and work with clients; continually working to create and build client relations.
Provide quality control and assurance on all deliverables in accordance to Delta's Quality Management System.
Lead and mentor team of Survey Technicians; to include scheduling and performing fieldwork.
Ability and willingness to work both in an office setting and in the field.
Qualifications
Licensed New York State Land Surveyor with 3-5 Years of Professional Land Survey experience.
Valid Driver's License
Ability to effectively manage and work on multiple projects at the same time.
Experience writing proposals and budgets.
Computer skills required: experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Associate degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position available at our headquarters in Endwell NY. At Delta we offer the opportunity for our team members to work remote from their home one day a week if they wish and four days from a Delta office location.
Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities along with an internal equity and alignment with market area data.)
