Job Description
We are seeking a Landscape Designer to join our Landscape Architecture Team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of the design process
- Strong graphic, technical and organizational skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion 3D, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with site engineering, stormwater, grading, plant and building materials is preferred.
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with colleagues and other Delta staff:
- Developing color renderings and preparing construction & engineering documents
- Assisting with estimates and reporting
- Documenting observations from site visits/inspections during construction
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Proficiency in HydroCAD, InfraWorks, Civil 3D (a plus)
- Ability to coordinate with reviewers and other disciplines
What We Offer
Hiring Salary Range: $58,000-65,000 (determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities)
