About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Landscape Designer with our Landscape Architecture Team ideally located at our Endwell, NY office, or any of our other NY offices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a solid understanding of the design process.
- Strong graphic, technical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with varied applications such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
This role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and other Delta staff in fieldwork and the preparation of design concepts and site plans, including developing color renderings, preparing construction and engineering documents, and assisting with estimates and reporting. Additional responsibilities include participating in and documenting observations from site visits/inspections during construction. Proficiency in HydroCAD, InfraWorks, Civil 3D is a plus. We also require excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Furthermore, you will coordinate with reviewers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
