Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events and wellness programs.
- Help maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, including an internal employee file audit.
- Assist in training and development programs, including tracking employee progress and gathering feedback.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to HR team members in various projects and daily tasks.
- Help manage HR software systems, data entry, and report generation.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
