Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Intern to join team at our corporate headquarters in Carmel, Indiana from May – August 2025. This internship provides hands-on exposure to commodity / supply continuity management and strategic sourcing, offering valuable exposure to the responsibilities of a supply chain professional in a CPG and manufacturing industry.

Your Role at Delta Faucet

Responsibilities
- Support Commodity Management: Gain insight into supplier negotiations, contract management, and category strategy development.
- Work on a Strategic Sourcing Project(s): Assist in identifying and evaluating supplier options, cost reduction opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Perform Analytical Work: Conduct should-cost and out-layer analyses to assess supplier pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Learn Daily Responsibilities of a Commodity Manager: Participate in supplier meetings, market research, and data analysis to support procurement decisions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional departments such as Engineering, Finance, Product and Operations to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, majoring in Supply Chain Management.
- Entering senior year with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS office suite and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, eager to learn and take on challenges.
- Hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain analysis.
- Exposure to real-world procurement challenges in a corporate dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
