Compensation:
- Highway Maintenance Technician – Starting at $18/hour
- Highway Maintenance Laborer – Starting at $13/hour
Delta Field Services is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Highway Maintenance team. We have openings for Highway Maintenance Technicians and Highway Maintenance Laborers to help maintain roadways and ensure safe travel for the public.
The mowing season ends at Thanksgiving but some staff will be retained year round.
There are two positions:
1. Highway Maintenance Technician
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, bush hogs, and skid steers for roadside maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, brush clearing, and debris removal.
- Assist in minor roadway repairs and right-of-way upkeep.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a tractor, bush hog, and skid steer (preferred).
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
2. Highway Maintenance Laborer
Starting Pay: $13/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform litter removal along highways and roadways.
- Operate weedeaters and other landscaping equipment for vegetation control.
- Assist with general cleanup and maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be dependable and able to perform physical labor.
- Must have reliable transportation.
