The Opportunity:
We're on the hunt for a highly driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team in the Texas Panhandle area. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it's a "sink or swim" position ideal for aggressive sales professionals eager to carve out their own territory as if it were their own business. With our A-list product lines and a focus on personal protective equipment (PPE) that we uniquely service, we offer a distinct competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Development: Aggressively identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory, treating it as your entrepreneurial venture.
- Customer Engagement: Forge strong relationships with career municipal fire departments, industrial fire brigades, and volunteer fire departments, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Sales Strategy: Independently strategize and execute sales pitches, leveraging your autonomy to drive business growth.
- Product Mastery: Proactively seek out product training and knowledge, leveraging weekly sales meetings to become a subject matter expert.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Supplier Sales Representatives for joint sales calls, enhancing client proposals and closing deals.

- Competitive Compensation: $50,000 per year plus commissions, reflective of the drive and talent you bring to the team. Top 2 Reps last year earned over $150,000.00
