Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships that lead to the successful achievement of company sales goals. Responsibilities include generating new sales with small and medium sized new accounts, providing excellent customer service, interfacing with the outside sales team when necessary and utilizing CRM.

Job Duties:
- Cold Calling of prospects generated by external sources of leads
- Identify decision makers within the targeted leads to begin the sales process
- Conduct follow-up phone calls and e-mails to existing customers to identify cross selling opportunities and share of wallet sales opportunities.
- Field inbound, unsolicited lead prospect calls and convert them into sales or route the lead to the proper outside sales team member.
- Enter customer data and update any changes into CRM
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues
- Work with the Sales Manager to determine the necessary strategic sales approach
- Plan and organize the day to meet the organizational objectives outlined by the Sales Manager
- Maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits
- Constantly update yourself on product knowledge and training opportunities
- Minimum of two years prior inside sales experience preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to learn client based CRM system
- Ability to interpret trends and analyze data
- Knowledge of Lubricants Industry is a plus
