We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment through routine maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, such as maintenance or handyman work, is preferred.
- Certifications: HVAC, CMRP
- Skills:
- Plumbing: Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures .
- Electrical: Installing and repairing wirings, plugs, and switches.
- General Maintenance: Painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with tenants and management.
- Problem-solving: Quickly diagnosing and fixing issues.
- Organization: Keeping track of maintenance schedules and supplies.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Safety Knowledge: Adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
