Job Overview :
Delta Group is looking to fill a Remote Surveillance Technician role. This position will be responsible for the production and maintenance of remote camera equipment and assisting the department manager with related tasks.

Responsibilities :
- Build, maintain, and repair remote camera equipment
- Support and assist remote investigators with the deployment and retrieval of camera equipment
- Test and build camera power supply to ensure proper functioning use
- Order equipment to meet inventory needs and demand
- Track inventory to ensure accurate data for multi-departmental use
- Ability to recovery corrupted data using troubleshooting methods
- Provide camera status updates to the team.
- Stay up to date on technological advancements.
- Assist in researching innovative components, solutions and prototypes.
- Assist the department manager with the production and maintenance of surveillance equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, hardware, and software for routing networks and IP network cameras
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to internet connectivity, modem / router configurations, and / or investigator equipment
- Provide technical support for remote investigators and other departmental personnel
Skills :
