Delta Homecare is in search of a medical office receptionist / file clerk to help provide acceptional services for our ederly and / or disabled clients.
At Delta Homecare, we are committed to helping any client that is need of medical help. In order to provide these services we need a dependable Recptionist to help ensure our front office is in order, calls are being answered timely, and to ensure our employee files meet compliance standards set by the State of Georgia.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Audit employee files
- Manage Spreadsheets to track employee files
- Communicate with employees that are missing documents or need to turn in expired docuements
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception / lobby area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed around the office
