We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Duties

• Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
• Assist with the night audit process as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards.
• Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
