As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the hotel or resort
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse guest needs
