Sales Support Technician

Are you detail-oriented and ready to join a team that’s been leading the process control industry for 24 years? Delta Instrument LLC, a trusted supplier of industrial instrumentation and controls, is looking to expand its team with a Sales Support Technician to help us provide exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do – Delta Instrument is a small company and as such we all wear many hats, the responsibilities we are looking for the role are:

• Work with office manager and sales team to provide pre-sales support to our customers through building out quotations and answering high level questions regarding our offerings.
• Shipping and receiving responsibilities in our warehouse
• Assisting in managing warehouse inventory
• Perform calibration duties for equipment in our moisture lab.
• Use downtime to learn about Delta Instrument’s various product offerings and the numerous industries we service
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A two-year degree (Associate’s or equivalent) or technical school degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical thinking
• A willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
• Valid Permanent US work authorization that doesn’t require sponsorship
