Full Time Receptionist/Customer Service Rep
Starting wage range
$20/hr. performance and longevity-based bonus for permanent full-time employees.
Position Overview:
This is an 8-5, M-F position with no remote option. This is a front counter position so candidates must be presentable, personable, and enjoy speaking with customers directly and over the phone. Must be highly organized, reliable, and flexible, as this position is ever changing to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
· 2 years QuickBooks Desktop version (preferably Enterprise Edition).
· 2 years customer service, reception, and/or inside sales.
· 2 years scheduling experience, preferably using Google Calendar.
· 2 years of data entry experience.
· Excellent computer skills, including using multiple monitors and drives in a network environment.
· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Method CRM.
· Experience using multi-line phone systems.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work with little supervision.
· Ability to manage time efficiently.
· Attention to detail.
Helpful Experience:
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
· UPS and FedEx shipping software.
· Hazmat training for labeling outbound shipments.
Duties:
· Answer and direct incoming calls.
· Manage automotive service customers, both walk-in and by appointment.
· Schedule service appointments.
· Take customer orders by phone and email, then enter into QuickBooks or Method.
· Manage customer records in QuickBooks and Method.
· Process orders for shipping using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping software.
· Filing, mostly on the computer, but some paper records are also retained.
· Assist other office staff with various tasks as needed, and learn other positions to serve as a backup during vacations, illnesses, etc.
