Specialty : Urgent Care Location : Joplin, MO Hospital Details : Bed Size : 390 Trauma Level : II Dates & Required Availability : Start Date : March 1st - Ongoing Seeking 2 providers for 5-7 shifts per month Flexible scheduling, no specific dates required Shift & Call Details : Monday-Friday : 8 : 00am-8 : 00pm Saturday / Sunday : 10 : 00am-6 : 00pm No call required Credentialing Timeframe : 30-45 days Job Details : Setting : Urgent Care Patient Volume : 3-4 patients / hour Job Duties : Low-acuity, bread-and-butter cases (colds, flu, minor lacerations, etc.). No medication refills. ED Transfer : Emergency cases sent to ED (5 minutes away). Psych cases can also be sent to the ED. APP Support / Supervision : 2 Doctors, 2 ER-trained RNs, 2 Techs, & 1 X-ray Tech (Radiology on-call) EMR : Meditech Travel & Lodging Accommodations : Mileage reimbursement or rental car provided Lodging booked at Residence Inn Suites, Joplin BENEFITS A Malpractice Insurance coverage.
