BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for set-up and service for all food and beverage orders within the conference center giving efficient and friendly service.
Job Duties:
· Accept food and beverage orders in a friendly and professional manner
· Deliver all food items to table, on time and within specified guidelines.
· Set-up, cleaning, tear down and maintenance of conference center dining room area
· Have working knowledge of all food and beverage products offered in the dining room and ability to relate to the guests, describing in great detail flavors, textures and highlights of menu items
· Perform other duties as needed to achieve hotel goals and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
· Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
· One year of related experience is preferred
· Great customer service skills
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
· Professional appearance and good grooming required.
