Delta Hotels by Marriott Kalamazoo Conference Center is looking for a Pool Attendant to ensure our pool area is clean, safe, and enjoyable for all visitors. If you have great communication skills, a keen eye for safety, and enjoy working in a hospitality setting, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide an exceptional guest experience by ensuring safety and comfort.
✔ Welcome guests and enforce pool rules and regulations.
✔ Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, furniture, and facilities.
✔ Replenish towels, empty trash receptacles, and set up outdoor furniture.
✔ Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and compliance with wristband access.
✔ Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance needs to the manager on duty.
✔ Occasionally assist other hotel departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Experience: 1-year hospitality experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of hotel layout and emergency procedures.
- Ability to react quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking throughout the shift.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Personal appearance and good grooming required.
